Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled by contacting NextDrive before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Non-refundable deposits, if any, are clearly disclosed before booking.
4. Rent-to-Own
Rent-to-own payments are governed by the signed rent-to-own agreement. Refund eligibility depends on the terms documented in that agreement.
5. Early Returns
Returning a rental vehicle earlier than scheduled does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of unused days unless explicitly stated.
